Service & Support

On-Site System Installation

To install our ProLace system is not very difficult, but to make sure that the system is installed correctly and is working well we can  send our technician to perform the installation for you.

In case that a visit is not possible our technician can install the software online by accessing your system via internet.

Technical Support

We provide support mainly  by email. If our specialists cannot solve the problem they can remotely access your system to localize the source.

Bug Reports

If you find a software problem please report it by email to our support, but please provide us with a good description of the problem. Our programmer must be able to reproduce a problem in order to get it fixed. Welcome is also a dwg file, where the problem is visible.

We treat Bugs with highest priority. Bug fixes are free for the lifetime of your actual program version.

How about Questions

You can send questions regarding the use of the software by email. We will respond as soon as possible.

As a ProLace User you can also post a question in the ProLace Users Group. We from AllCAD or another member of the group will be glad to help.
