Suggestions
Suggestions to improve our ProLace system are anytime welcome.
If a suggestion is of common interest it will be prioritized and added to the internal Wish List which will be considered for the next release of ProLace.

Bug Reports
If you find a software problem please report it by email to our support. A good description of the problem is very important! Our programmer must be able to reproduce a problem in order to get it fixed. Welcome is also a dwg file, where the problem can be seen.
Bugs will be treated with highest priority. Bug fixes are free for the lifetime of your actual program version.
Database Interface
If required we can also develop an interfaces to your in house database system.
